Add text or a PNG logo

Choose Text and enter Watermark text, or choose PNG logo and use Choose PNG logo. Empty text or a missing logo produces a clear error instead of an unmarked export. Select No watermark to turn marking off.

Watermarks are drawn after resizing and framing, on the final output canvas. The same shared watermark is applied to every image; this editor does not provide per-image watermark overrides, tiling or background removal.

How size and margin are calculated

Text font size is a percentage of the final output's shorter edge. PNG logo width is a percentage of the final output width; its height follows the PNG's aspect ratio. The full PNG canvas, including transparent margins, determines its size. Margin uses a percentage of the shorter output edge. Opacity applies to the entire mark.

For 1200 × 800 and 800 × 1200 outputs at 8% size and 3% margin, text font size is 64 px and margin is 24 px on both. A PNG logo is 96 px wide on the landscape output and 64 px wide on the portrait. A 2:1 PNG canvas therefore draws at 96 × 48 and 64 × 32 px respectively. These calculations use the implemented final-output rules.

Position anchors to the chosen corner or center. Check a wide logo or long text on smaller outputs: the editor does not automatically shrink an oversized mark to prevent clipping.

Why a PNG logo can still show a background

PNG supports transparent areas around a logo. An opaque white rectangle or another background already stored in the PNG remains part of the image when added as a watermark. Lowering Opacity fades the whole mark, including that background; it does not remove it. Source: MDN — Image file type and format guide ↗

Use a PNG with the intended transparent canvas when you need the photo to show around the artwork. JPEG cannot retain alpha transparency; exporting to JPG composites the image onto the selected Padding / JPG background.

Inspect every result

Select each thumbnail and review the actual output preview on light and dark photos and on portrait and landscape images. Check dimensions, format and the final filename beside it. Download this image provides a sample using the same rules and encoding as the preview.

Watermarking does not establish ownership, prevent copying or guarantee that a mark cannot be removed. Use artwork and text you have permission to include.

Names you can check before download

Open Export and choose Keep original base names or Prefix + sequential number. Numbering follows import order, using Start at and Digits. Removing an image renumbers the remaining batch. Switching output format changes the extension.

Names are made safe for files. Case-insensitive collisions receive -2, -3 and subsequent suffixes. For example, importing photo.jpg and photo.png in that order and choosing JPG produces photo.jpg and photo-2.jpg. The final name appears on each image card and beside the selected preview, and is used in the ZIP.

Download, cancel and retry

Use Download this image to inspect the selected result, or Download ZIP for the batch. Processing runs sequentially. Related editing controls and image replacement are locked while exporting, and navigating between task pages preserves the rules used by the queue.

Cancel after current image finishes the current item, then downloads completed successes in a ZIP if any exist. Unprocessed images remain in the batch; they are not automatically counted as failures. Run Download ZIP again to process the full batch, or use single-image download as needed. Completed output blobs are not a persistent result library.

Files that need attention lists export errors. Show → Failed exports locates them; correct the settings and select Retry failed files. Retry produces a new ZIP of successes from the attempted failures and updates those failure records. Downloading one successful image preserves other failures. A new download does not replace files already saved on your device.
